Strengthened Relationship with RailRelease BV:

CBRail signed a leasing contract in November 2010 with Dutch broker and logistics company RailRelease BV based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. RailRelease operates as the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) on behalf of CBRail. RailRelease now has a total of 279 railcars (60’, 80’ and 90’ manufactured by ABRF and IRS) on lease. This allows RailRelease to optimise the flexibility of their logistic partners and to respond to spot hire demand.

CBRail continues its relationship with leading German based wet leasing company Railpool:

Railpool has extended its lease cooperation with CBRail until the end of 2013. Railpool has contracted a total of 5 Bombardier Traxx AC2 locomotives for operation in Germany, Austria and Hungary and 3 Bombardier Traxx MS locomotives for operation in Germany, Austria and Poland.

CBRail expands its European client portfolio base with Czech freight operator RailTransport s.r.o.:

Metrans’ rail transport company RailTransport, signed a leasing contract for one Bombardier Traxx MS locomotive for operation in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and the Czech Republic, in order to cope with growing demand on the Dutch-Czech-Slovak freight logistics market.

High Speed Alliance – Two additional Traxx MS locomotives leased from CBRail for passenger services:

High Speed Alliance signed a leasing contract with CBRail to facilitate the extension of their fleet with two additional Traxx MS locomotives. The locomotives are in operation with NS Hispeed. NS Hispeed is the Dutch rail operator on intercity and high-speed train connections over the HSL-Zuid high speed line, which is branded as Fyra.
